Workplace Investigations
Meet our workplace investigators who are committed to providing prompt, thorough, and impartial investigations in workplaces and on campus throughout Washington State and Oregon.
Hannah Driscoll, JD, AWI-CH
Hannah Driscoll is a licensed attorney and private investigator, and holds a certificate from the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI-CH), the EEOC, and Title IX Solutions. Her background spans employment law, civil rights, and both workplace and school investigations. As one of the founders of Crystal Investigations, she applies a sharp legal lens and a trauma-informed, impartial approach delivering clear, defensible findings for public and private organizations across Washington.
Hannah brings a balanced perspective shaped by her work on both sides of the employment bar. She practiced at leading defense firms, representing employers and school districts in complex discrimination and harassment cases, and also worked at plaintiff-side firms advocating for employees in workplace disputes. While litigating, she frequently conducted internal investigations and drafted fact-finding reports and liability analyses for insurance carriers—work that directly informs the investigations she now leads independently.
Her expertise includes Title IX, Title VII, WLAD, and VAWA compliance. Known for her legal insight, efficiency, and empathy, Hannah has managed high-stakes investigations involving dozens of witnesses and overlapping legal and institutional concerns.
Hannah serves on the testing committee for the Association of Workplace Investigators and is a panel investigator for the Washington Schools Risk Management Pool. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
A Spokane native and Seattle-trained attorney, Hannah is driven by a commitment to equity, integrity, and clarity in every investigation.
Kelsey Jost, JD
Kelsey Jost is a licensed attorney in Oregon and Washington State, specializing in workplace investigations in both the private and public sectors. After years of litigation, and realizing her favorite part of the practice was fact-gathering and talking to people, Kelsey transitioned into serving as a neutral investigator. Her practice focuses on allegations of discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment, retaliation, and misconduct.
Her background in litigation provides a strong foundation for her investigation work. As a former prosecutor, she led and advised thousands of investigations for highly complex criminal cases and developed extensive experience interviewing individuals from diverse backgrounds. She approaches each case with diligence and care, applying trauma-informed interview techniques to ensure all participants are treated with respect and empathy.
Kelsey joined the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI) in 2024 and completed the Training Institute in 2025. She also completed Title IX training as an investigator through Title IX Solutions.
